Target Delivery Plans

Target Delivery Plans map out what needs to be done over the coming 12 months. These plans are prepared annually by the departments responsible for contributing to the achievement of the 10 Toward Q2 targets to bring us closer toward the targets.

These plans include:

• the long-term vision and strategies for achieving each Q2 target by 2020;
• risks and challenges that will need to be overcome to achieve these targets and the
• individual actions to be implemented during the following financial year.
