Premier welcomes Freedom of Information Review report
The Right to Information report recommends a bold new model for Freedom of Information legislation
The Freedom of Information Independent Review Panel final report The Right to Information, is now ready for the government's consideration. The report recommends a new model for Queensland's Freedom of Information (FOI) legislation. "What is being proposed with this review is a substantial reform of the legal, the administrative, and the cultural framework of FOI in Queensland," said the Premier.
