Premier's Disaster Relief Appeal
Many families in North and South West Queensland were in urgent need of assistance, hard hit by Cyclone Ului and the March 2010 floods.
Donations
The Premier launched a disaster appeal for the residents of North and South West Queensland and made a $500,000 contribution towards the aid efforts.
The Red Cross is administering the disbursement of funds from the Appeal and is in the process of considering applications for assistance.
This appeal is now closed to donations.
